EVOKE Research Group hires new vice-president

February 7, 2010 - (Calgary, AB) The EVOKE Research Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Jason J. Morelyle as associate vice-president.

At Ipsos Reid, Morelyle served as research manager in public affairs. He has also served as project manager at Leger Marketing. "EVOKE is the perfect opportunity at the right time," he says. Morelyle has served as a senior research associate and policy analyst for two private philanthropic foundations, as well as Grants and Research manager for the Banff Centre. He has been a consultant with the federal government, CP Rail and United Way.

Morelyle holds a Master of Arts degree from Carleton University. He taught in the departments of Journalism, Culture and Communications, and English at Carleton University, Mount Royal College and SAIT. He is a  highly experienced focus group moderator and has conducted a wide range of classic qualitative projects as well as less traditional qualitative research methodologies and analyses.
