Marketers love to know how brands make their customers feel; an emotional connection is critical because customers often make decisions emotionally. But experience tells us that people in focus groups will not express their feelings about a brand experience directly.
How to get at their emotions? At EVOKE, we have them “project” those emotions in other ways.

Our proprietary approaches and projective techniques give group participants permission to express their private opinions, guarded thoughts, or even unconscious motives and attitudes.
